I feel more in synch with feeling what my body needs. I think Iodine clears out the junk that was blocking us from hearing our bodies before.
So many times I would crave a food, and then after researching it, found out exactly why I was needing it, I was deficient in a certain area. But I felt the need and craved the foods that brought these nutrients to me.
Neat huh!
I feel like I need more calcium these days, but maybe it is due to the increased C, not from the iodine.
