If the Epsom Salts are too difficult to get down, 2 suggestions:
1) Mix it with 3/4 cup grapefruit juice. It masks the taste, but still not great. But doable.
2) Try magnesium citrate, powder or liquid, instead of the Epsom Salts . If you do the powder, it's the same dosage as the Epsom Salts . If you do the liquid, you'll have to look at the directions cause I don't have experience with it.
