I want to lose around 10 pounds, and will start fasting today, I was supposed to start from Monday (yesterday) but gave in to some carrot cakes :(
But after seeing a little weight gain after maintaining my comfort weight, I decided that it was time for fasting again!
So, it's still AM so hopefully I will be able to go through it without giving in to any stupid food (It's been harder for me to fast although I have tried a few times)
