I started today with wheatgrass powder, 3 teaspoonfuls with one 1 and half litre of mineral water and cooked some chinese herbs and added that drink into a 2 litre bottle and went out for the day, the change of scenery and home situation and stress really helped and I went digging dandelian root from the Heath which is not too far away from our house, the sun on my face and arms felt good and it's a source of vitamin D they say, the exercise I got searching and walking up hills did me good I believe. I saw lots of strange looking mushrooms, some were pinkish red but no doubt they are poisonous, still interesting.
So today I took half the dose of each medication and drank only fluids to get my body ready or at least I see how I will feel.
