My daughter passed lots of green ones and several calcified ones. One of them was larger than a grape and smaller than a golf ball. I would imagine that she would have eventually needed an operation if not for doing the flush. She didn't experience any pain with her flush. Just a congested feeling in her bowels till it had passed through.
