I plan on starting a 14 day fast tomorrow, but I have a few issues:
#1) I'm on accutane which has to be taken with food. Would eating ONE banana every morning with my medication cause any huge detriment to my weight loss? Does anyone else have experience with eating 100 calories or less a day?
#2) When you're coming off a fast how much weight generally comes back? If you go to eating SUPER healthy and not back to junk, of course.
