Right; the highest levels of fluoride (probably bromide too) are found in same fruit that makes the "must purchase organic" consumer lists, primarily due to the heavy spraying and fertilizing of these crops...

Another trick with cooking is to dig up old cook books pre-1920's and note how very simple the recipes were\are. A little bit more digging (on the spices interactions with the food) will find how potent the synergistic response was\is.

People knew what they were doing, and needed to know\learn on their own to survive, before the age of commercial sales\scare tactics and pharmedico; it all came down to food and food\spice\herb combining for maximum benefit.
