"If Medicine did actually cure cholera, tuberculosis, leprosy and polio then perhaps you can explain why they are now on the increase [...] The real influence in eradicating these diseases was Hygiene, cleanliness, and proper sanitation, rather than Medicines, failed vaccines, and other drug measures which so often have devastating side effects.......autism being just one example.
If they are on increase, then they are increasing from almost nothing to next to almost nothing. Being cured is not the same as being erradicated. Look, it's foolhardy to deny advancements of medicine in the last 100 years. You can always spin statistics, make excuses, make claims and point out downsides, but c'mon. Polio Vaccine decreased number of polio incidents from 350,000 in 1988 to anout 1000 in 2007
"Exercise will not increase the amount of protein within the body, only the "need" for protein, as the 14 amino acids that the body manufactures will increase production on a need basis, but this is totally dependent on the diet and other external nutritional sources, and not just exercise."
That is like saying a mason does not build walls because he needs bricks. Again to increase muscle mass and protein in the muscle, you need to exercize and you need to eat protein of course. But Just eating protein will not do it. You need both.
