How would you rate these colon cleansers

Rate these from best to not as good. I'm trying to make a decision on the ones below:

Oxypowder
Huma Cleanse
Holistic Horizons
Primal Defense
Other (You give a suggestion)

This will help me make a decision. There is so much out there and I'm lost in all the confusion. I hear that Bentonite is not good, psyllium causes complications etc. I wonder about the effectiveness of Oxypowder . It seems strange to me that you can clean fully an impacted colon in only 7 days with it.
