If you twisted your knee and it bothers you, the best thing to do is find a chiropractor that is good with adjusting knees.
It may very well just be stuck out of position a little.
If that's the case, a medical doctor will never get to fixing the problem. They have no training in this area.
I've just been through a few knee twists and have been to a couple of good chiropractors and everything is fixed.
If there is some injury that occurred, a Water Fast will help heal the injury for sure.
I did exactly that after going to the chiro.
The kind of chiropractor you want to look for is someone that deals with sports injuries.
These are the ones that have had extensive training with joints like knees elbows etc.
If you injured it just doing a yoga position my guess is that its easily fixable with a chiro adjustment.
