Changing diet and lifestyle

A low fat whole foods vegan or raw vegan diet will help, with lots of fresh fruits, salads, and vegetables. Practicing habits that increase health, like getting plenty of rest and sleep, exercise, fresh clean air, deep breathing, reducing stress and anxiety will all help.
