YOU DON'T LOSE "A LOT" OF MUSCLE.

You will lose a small percentage of muscle.

The muscle that remains will be stronger/healthier.

You will not need as much muscle, as you won't be as heavy.

You will be able to rebuild muscle better after the fast.

This is only based on those like Shelton and my dozens of fasts.

Since fasting, I put on muscle mass like crazy when I work out. Like never before in my life.
