first of all i think that was absolutely amazing that you made it to day 16 - i'm on day 22 so i know how hard it is. PLUS the smoking - you should be extremely proud of yourself.
as for the eating craze - yeah i know how hard it is to resist those monthly cravings. and it gives you SUCH a bad feeling when you give in to them. but you'll be over it and remember the good things - that you resisted the biggest craving off all for 16 days - food. 16 days have done surely a lot of good things to your system. and i'm sure you learned a lot for your next fast.
