I am now on Day 12 and have had a break through, my energy has begun to lift and feeling much less nautious at night. I read something useful that also helped, which has a little something to do with what you resist persists idea.
I allowed myself the permission to fail - and that seemed to make a whole lot of difference!
I also am looking at the question "what am i trying to control? and do i give myself the permission to give up trying to control?"
Still processing , but I guess thats what its all about.
