First thing is to chill out bro. You will never heal in that state. Emotional stability is the first step. I honestly believe the best treatment for any sickness is to be as happy as possible and living your life to the fullest.

Stress and loneliness are the biggest risk factors of dis-ease, seriously, look it up if you don't believe it. See what doc sutter says but first, chill out.

Imagine if you did everything possible to make yourself and your life as perfect and happy as possible. Even if it doesn't heal your neck then you've still achieved happiness. Be happy, you have nothing to lose.

"Scared, Shocked, Nervous, Guilty, in Fear, Depression, Angry and SICK" Think about this for sec. What if you got rid of all of those negative emotions and only had to deal with the "sick" part. That would be a good start imo. I personally believe they are largely all one. Not to say that such a task is at all easy! Those issues face everyone all the time and it takes a great deal of action, information, introspection and support to overcome them. I'm just throwing that out there and putting some perspective on this. Health issues are not death sentences, they are opportunities to turn our life around for the better. Dis-ease is often a symptom of not living a proper life.

Discrimination, stigma, severe consequences. Where does this come from?!

You've been alive for 4 years, please stop thinking it can kill you. Think power of attraction (like attracts like). Your problem is quite unusual, I think in that particular case I'd go to a doctor just to see what he/she has to say. I definitely wouldn't take drugs but thankfully you can go to a doctor without having to take drugs.

My advice? See a regular doctor, an alternative doctor, an energy healer, anything! Get self help books, learn to relax and be happy. Do the things you dream about "meet girls, travel around the world, serve in the military, pursue a career in computers, or music". Live life to the fullest. I'm not saying at all it's in your head, but negative emotions can and have been scientifically proven to make one susceptible to dis-ease and slow healing.

On a scale of ten how bad do you want to get rid of this problem? Now how many hours a day do you spend helping yourself? Is there a disconnect between your answers to those questions? So get to work! Be it reading, researching, alternative methods, hynotherapy.. anything! Would you try anything? Have you even tried anything? Have you tried everything? I already know the answer to the last one is no. So... try everything!

Imo... you need to change your attitude first and foremost. I am pretty sure that every so-called incurable dis-ease has been cured in at least isolated cases. To be honest the majority of the time it seems to be a spiritual transformation that is the defining factor.There are plenty of books on such subjects, often by people that were healed.
