Hi everyone .. I am looking at transitioning to a juice fast on day 22 of my Water Fast (sunday) .. Im just not sure i can go much longer than this on water but i will still be about 4 kilos short of my weight loss goal .. Will i put on weight going to juices only? Was looking at doing another 2 weeks of juice and then back to raw fruits and vegetables.. I have just had the biggest healing crisis so far the last 2 days and think it is best to end soon.. I am also moving house at the moment and am feeling quite stressed and exhausted from this as well! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks x
