What kind of exercise program are you on? A good "body weight" exercise program, including a set of abdominal exercises, can alleviate IBS, stomach pain symtoms. I do yoga stretches, crunches, pushups, inversions, and my IBS is so much under control. I dont like biking, running etc.
I have also read about "chi machine", but never used it.
Circular Abdominal massages are also good for digestion.
I would get on a exercise program. It can be beneficial for your overall health.
