Master P,

The opposite is true.
Your digestive system is much better able to handle food at the outset of a fast than at the end.
The reason for this is that the system has been shut down.
No digestive activity has been happening. Therefore digestive fluids are not present.
This is why the all important breaking of the fat properly.
Fruit juices gradually give the system work and cause it to start up.
It can take a few days just getting it to start to wake up.
If the system isn't able to handle what has been dumped into it then the food rots and petrifies.
