Hi Bling, I've been raw vegan for about 5 months and before that I was raw vegan for about the same length of time before I had my daughter. I LOVE it! It really does so much for one, I think. So much more clear and alert, and just physically and mentally light feeling, like I have wings on my feet! I've got a ton of great raw uncook books, and a great dehydrater. I make my own nut milks, crackers and breads. I even made a delicious raw sweet and sour nonmeatballs! I eat alot of fresh fruits veggies and smoothies. In the evening for dinner I mostly eat veggies wrapped in seaweed or collard greens, or make a raw sandwich. When I want a treat I eat a banana dipped in peanut or almond butter. Or have a LaraBar, which is a raw fuit and nut bar, the Cashew Cookie one is soooo good! Anyway if you have any quesions just ask!
