I am a vegan and I try to eat as pure as possible (In Spain).
I have decided to break the fast at dinner and move to a one meal a day plan supplemented with juices in the morning and a little veggie broth at night... we shall see.
I am finally in the mind set for the juice fast (after 2.5 weeks!!! ~ crazy, I know) but I am pretty confident breaking it at the dinner will not have a completely negative effect on me physically as much as it will mentally.
OK... let you know how it goes Saturday, I followed your lead Somer and went for the full 21!
