Re: washing out vitamins and minerals?

iv'e been reading all over and bookmarking the odd thing however somewhere i read no Sea Salt and here i read Sea Salt for the flush now i'm really confused and my notes don't help much. my plan on how to get to heaven starts with a water flush and then drinking h2o2 as per the recomended furmula. Does this sound okay or would someone care to point me in the right direction. I need to start thinking more clearly and have probably posted this in the wrong spot but it is a start...anyone?
