Re: how long to get a new body?
bling,
Body Cells are constantly undergoing replication. All in all, cells are born and die every milli-second of your life. The process of programmed cell death is called necrosis, whereas the process that replenishes those cells is called Mitosis (cell division).
Most of our cells are a good seven-to-ten years old. For example, we grow a new skeleton over about a 10-year period, but there are three kinds of cells we've had since about three years of age, and even some since before birth. These last a lifetime:
cerebral cortex neurons.
heart muscle cells.
some cells within in the eyes.
A fast to completion will discard the old and regenerate the new as outlined by Shelton..................

"Dr. Kunde says, "It is evident that where the initial weight was reduced by 45 per cent, and subsequently restored by normal diet, approximately one-half of the restored body is made up of new protoplasm. In this there is rejuvenescence." It should be pointed out that much of the 55 per cent of the body that was not lost has undergone rejuvenating changes of great significance.
By repeating the rejuvenating fasts at appropriate intervals, the individual can keep himself younger, year after year, much younger physiologically, than he would otherwise be--in short, stave off old age."
I don't think I suggested cutting down on armour, but what I did say is in this post.........

Personally I would adhere to the advice given in the the latter part of this post and switch to a properly combined, & totally raw organic vegan diet exclusively for several weeks at least, then undergo a fast to completion. This will give your body time to heal further and where the fast will most likely finish the job in one complete fast, rather than have to contemplate another finish fast.
Pleased to hear you have given up the coffee/caffeine.
