Re: I'm a little confused... help please?

This is a very intuitive therapy and there is no prescription like allopathic medecine. Morning urine ( 4 to 6 am) is ritcher after a deep rest. Authors say not to take later than one hour before meal or only one hour after meal. Besides that you can drink all you want but it is important not to start to fast with large quantities to avoid detox effects.

When you drink a lot of water the urine is more diluted and may be less powerful. I use a cotton ball to apply urine on to my face every day. Fresh urine is good but old urine even better. You can massage it into the skin until it dries. The best treatment is to have urine evaporate under the sun for 4 to 7 days. This silky concentrate is a tonic for the skin!

When I eat animal proteins the urine is yellow and has a stronger smell. When I eat mostly veggies, urine is almost colourless and does not smell anything. Yellow urine is still beneficial. The smell goes away after it has dried up.

We have large veins under the tongue and the urine is absorbed directly into the blood stream. This is mostly for a message to the body. I don't have the scientific explanation for it but I know it help me a lot to get back to sleep at night. It is also a natural antibiotic. Read:
