im abit of an alcoholic and have used some drugs in the past. I wanna start anew, I currently have Depression because I just keep screwing everything up. I screwed up highschool, I used to get really good grades but then everything just went downhill. Is it too late to start over and will a 2-week Water Fast help in any way? I just wanna clear my head, I wanna be organised and go to uni next year. I'm just such a mess at the moment and my eating habits are really bad. Im average weight but I just eat alot of crap. Tomorow is the 1st day of spring and the days are starting to finally get warmer. I was just wondering if i should start a fast tomorow, if it will help me with my other goals. And also, how much water should I be drinking, and what else should i know? I've done short fasts ages ago but I didnt do them properly. One more thing, will I lose much muscle and will I gain weight afterwards? Any help is much appreciated.
