I am using the fermented beet juice by mouth, and mixing it with water, but I would like to be sure I am getting L. acidophilus in my digestive track, and I don't know exactly what kind of bacterias I am getting in the beet juice, it's not written on the jar.
Hence my question. also I am using Activia yogurt vaginally because I had minor problems down there, I find it very soothing and it seems to suppress irritation.
Great satisfaction to know that at least one part of my body is not allergic to dairy.;-D
