I had planned to only drink boiled Mung bean water when I break my fast. Is that good? I read an earlier post about starting with citrus fruits, which is easy to do. But I was thinking of good protein from Mung beans.
What do you eat for lunch and dinner? Just fruits or some vegetable broths are good as well?
I have a long time to go but wanted to plan as I have nothing in the house I can eat when I break my fast.
