Re: Survey Bitter Mellon or Milagro Tea?

I have used bitter melon both in its natural state and in pill form to help bring blood Sugar down. Yes it Works! After research & reading I found this vegetable in its natural state in a india food store. They immediately knew what it is used for "diabetes". It is VERY Nasty tasting. I tried cutting it up & eating like a cucumber; nope cant do it. I tried grinding it up in blender w/ a little water and shooting it down like a straight shot of whiskey; wow what a BITTER Taste. So I now take 1 or 2 pills instead.

Its been about a year since being diagnosed Diabetic II; I have stopped ALL prescriiption drugs, and am controlling everything with natural herb pills and diet!

On natural herb pills i started with diatroxal (but expensive), then switched to vitabase blood Sugar (but not potent enough imho), then onto to baseline nutritionals glucator v2 which i am continuing with. I think Jon Barron has some good products. Also I use NO Sugar Use Stevia instead.

Herbs Work! Good Luck! I use Emerald Balance for my green superfood drink.

Thanks for the tip on the tea; ill have to get me some!
