A while ago I bought some certified organic powdered spirulina. I wasn't able to drink it much because if I did, I would get very fatigued and small boils would appear around my body.
I decided to try spirulina while fasting this week. I know some don't agree with it, but I thought I'd try it at least once. I'm on day four now and the spirulina has only been making me feel great. I now have none of the old side effects I used to get. I couldn't drink it more than two times in a row before. I'm not sure why fasting is making the spirulina react differently.
