Why is it so hard to believe? Because some random doc says so?
The fact is the Commmon Bile Duct diameter size and capabilities has never been agreed upon or well understood. It also seems to have the ability to grow with age, suggesting elasticity and further suggesting it can be dilated to pass stones on its own over time. If thats the case, why does a Liver-Flush seem so improbable?
In mainstream medical endocsopic surgeries are performed to extract CBD stones manually because they seem to form on their own due to "bile stasis" and proximity to "lesions". parasites anyone? "The median CBD stone diameter was 15.5 mm
(range 15-20 mm)". If the duct can be dilated by interventions and stones extracted of this size, than it is very likely it can be dilated by high dose MgSulfate and stagnant debris forced down with bile purges.
I am not convinced either that pain is reported in all cases except extreme cases with very large calcified stones. It seems likely in my opinion that that nerve coverage in most of the duct is fairly absent, which could explain why most have little problem with LFs where most pass small to medium sized stones that are generally soft bile/cholesterol-based stones.
