Have you stated openly anywhere what your problem/illness/disease/whatever actually IS?

If you haven't, then why not?

It seems like you keep talking about how life-threatening this problem is, and if the fast doesn't work then that basically seals your fate, but it seems like you're being pretty vague about what the problem actually IS.

Maybe you've talked about it in other forums, I don't know, but I don't think I've seen any specifics here on this forum or in your blog. So, if you haven't explained what the actual problem is, maybe you should, so that people might be able to give you some specific pointers or personal experiences with that problem or similar...

Otherwise, you're basically just putting on a show about how helpless you are and how nothing seems to work. Without specifics, nobody can do anything but watch and say "You poor thing..."
