I am planning to Water Fast for 10 or 12 days next week. Is eating 1 healthy meal a day good preperation? I have tried 100% raw but get so bloody bored munching on carrots and stuff I go back to junk. I can stick to 1 meal pretty easily. I have heared that this method is cleansing because you give your digestive system a rest. In my meal I wil probably eat a chicken salad sandwich (wholemeal roll) with plenty of salad and mabye some fruit. Is this ok?
