this is probably my biggest concern with low dosing or products that are low dose by nature. that is why high doses of Iodide is crucial. most people can take a gram of KI without much reaction at all, aside from the bromide push. this is exactly why 100mg in the form of Lugols or iodoral is a minimum in my book. in other forms, it varies and my research is not completed.
