I'm also a long time faster, and I have never diluted juices with the exception of, say, canteloupe. I whizz it in the blender with purified water, strain out the solids and added more water to taste. Yummy! Same method works for cucumber etc.
I think as long as you drink lots of extra water it really doesn't matter so long as your intake of fresh juices runs 3-6 cups daily.
