If you've done 16 flushes it makes sense to wait longer between flushes to allow the liver's natural detoxification process to work and for your body to balance itself with electrolytes, etc.
If I had the opportunity to start over again I would do a couple of flushes quite quickly and then follow a programme of flushing every 4 to 6 weeks rather than every 2 weeks.
I found that the strange feeling in the gallbladder area continued for some months but then I noticed one day that I didn't notice it any more. I still do get a twinge from time-to-time but I guess it's nothing more than most people get.
