Re: Tried UT today after one year of research into it.
I've been doing great for the one week I've been on it, but I wonder the same thing, about whether that will last. I have done a few other things over the years that initially gave me great results, but they were kind of temporary. Time will tell, I guess. There is a woman who's been posting here who is recovering from Lyme, and she's been on it at least a month, if not several months, and says she is feeling much better, so, that's encouraging. I know you have to do it in combination with other healthy things. I'm tempted to think I can start eating natural pastries & the kind of things that feed a long term candida problem, which I know I can't (based on some recent falling-off-the-wagon tests this past week!), but even after eating a couple of date bars and getting the usual bloating, I didn't get the itching & some of the other associated yeast symptoms, so that was pretty interesting.
The one thing about the urine therapy is that I would think (and I'm certainly no expert) is that the make-up of your urine is constantly changing depending on the conditions existing in your body each day, so if it works on sort of a homeopathic principle, it seems like each day's dose would be appropriate for your body's needs that day. Sounds logical, anyway.
