Re: Atherosclerosis and hypothyroidism

just a few thoughts,Bling
Have you considered/looked into your calcium/magnesium balance?
calcium contracts, magnesium expands/dilates/relaxes.
It's not all as it appears though. As with a lot of health issues, it's often the opposite of what you'd think. Sorry to sound cryptic. I've been doing some of the Moreless protocol for about a year -- forgotten how long, but have experienced major diminishment of worrisome enlarged veins in the hands, and new veins sprouting up all over (not varicose) as well as those 1 second pains you speak of. They can be really intense and move all over, but only last a second or less--otherwise they'd feel really intense.
Maybe angstrom minerals is a good idea. What with the irradiated food I was just reading about, it's likely that we are starving, mineral and phytonutrient-wise.
PS, I know Trapper is very pro-Lugol's, and doesn't see much use in kelp, but I don't think
Lugol's is a one-size fits all. For example, I've always responded really well to homeopathics and bach flower essences. But for nutrients, I prefer a whole food.
For me, kelp, with a blackstrap molasses, lemon, magnesium and calcium drink has been completely revitalizing. I know I need a lot more of it--I miss it on this fast, and will be re-mineralizing like crazy, afterward.
