clockwise and then counterclockwise is my recollection. (easy to remember too)
I actually don't do all that anymore, though I think it's really good for getting at some heavy-duty (if subtle) blockages. I do the fast version. There are a lot of videos on youtube if you google "faster EFT". But if it doesn't resonate, best to work your way into the shorter versions. There are several of them, and as far as I can tell, they all work. It's all mind and energy after all, and the more your intention and focus sharpens, in the way of really good setup statements and dialogue, the more on target the tapping will be, if that makes sense. Right now, I'm trying out the short-short version, where you visualize the tapping. That was a radical concept for me at first, but I love the simplicity of it; now it seems utterly natural. Takes practice... Seems like it'd be great though for when you feel too weak to raise a wrist. lol.
