Re: Amalgams-Chris B
Your welcome bling,
yes........you never see a poor dentist now do you?
Implants are very expensive apparently and sometimes do not work, so I have been told.
The fast will eliminate heavy metals of any kind, but before you begin the fast proper, I would use chlorella for a while, as this is reputed to be very good at absorbing metals and removing them from the body, so that should give you a head start so to speak.
I didn't say that you will definitely not have problems with
Amalgam fillings, but in some cases they can be loosened, but on the fasts completion and after the re-feeding period they can be replaced if need be. In my opinion this is unlikely but not impossible.
Burst blood vessels in your hands is a sign of Ascorbate deficiency which, if supplemented in sufficient amounts, will strengthen the arterial walls and blood vessels generally. I would recommend taking about 6000mg to 8000mg per day at 8 hour intervals..........so 2 to 3000mg every 8 hours. The very best is in the granulated or powdered form as Magnesium Ascorbate, which is not in the acidic form (Ascorbic Acid) and will therefore not upset the stomach, and provide added benefits to the Heart Muscle via the magnesium. This should also help with the muscle cramping as well if the origin is of a circulatory nature.
Circulation is best encouraged & improved by mild aerobic exercise to begin with and then gradually increasing the intensity over a 5 to 7 week period. I find rebounding to be the most beneficial of all.
If your arterial system & circulation generally is blocked to some degree then that is usually reflected by High or Higher Blood Pressure, so it is entirely possible that not enough oxygen is just not getting through.
An accurate BP measurement is best taken when resting, as in first thing in the morning after arising for several consecutive days; other co-factors such as exercise and activity or stress or even a cup of tea or coffee will make the measurement higher than your "normal" reading.
Let me know what it is.
I would personally use chlorella for a few weeks and supplement with Ascorbate; I would then undertake the fast to cleanse the system of all impurities and especially the arterial or circulatory plaque that may still be in place.
