Dr. Richard Schultz has a liver cleanse that lasts for five days.
Every morning you mix citrus juice, extra virgin olive oil and garlic
in a blender. He also has some tonic and detox tea which he recommends,
but you can still do the cleanse without them. Every day you increase
the amount of garlic and olive oil.
There's also Dr. Sandra Cabot who has a book out, The Liver Cleansing Diet.
The diet lasts for 8 weeks.
Two weeks of intro eating,
four weeks of hard core diet
then two more weeks of less restrictive eating.
