Re: Is here nobody frightened on becoming Hashimoto through excess Iodine ?

Went up from 1 Iodoral to 4 Iodoral a day after a couple of months. Stayed on that for about 2 months then went slowly up to 10 a day (125 mg Iodine).
I stopped a few times for a couple of days or a week when I found detox symptoms not appropriate to the rest of my life (special busy periods - important meetings - delicate negociations).

After that I found this too expensive and tried Lugol's. Did half Lugol's half Iodoral. And also Nascent Iodine in case of infection by dropper fulls.
I am sorry but this is not very precise...

I suppose I took up to 200 mg a day at least for nearly a month, maybe more, and maybe much longer than that.
My intake of Iodine has gone up and down.
Also it is difficult to precisely know how much you get from a liquid (Lugol's or Nascent).

I have not really bothered measuring because I feel well on it and continue having improvement. Certainly I find it necessary against all kinds of infections which I could be subject too in the course of my work.
Yesterday I took 6 Iodoral + 20 drops Nascent divided in 5 times (there is a very nasty bug around here and I started to feel throat ache) + I painted my breasts with Lugol's (imposible to know how much you absorb from that, and it take quite a large number of drops!).
