I just wondered if you think the candida diet actually kills candida? Does anyone get die-off from just the diet alone? I am asking because you read so many different theories - some that say the candida diet kills candida and some that say all it does is stop the candida growing. Isnt the candida diet - an immune system boosting diet? My diet is full of organic veggies, organic salad and meat, fish and occasional grains (like oats and rye). I think its a healthy Diet and I do feel that I get die-off/detox reactions just from diet alone (well at least I think its die-off - sometimes its hard to know whether its the candida or the die-off). Surely a diet like this would cause the body to detox. I am not suggesting that diet alone is enough to cure candida but just wondering what your experiences are with diet and whether you feel it does create detox/die-off reactions. Thank you for any thoughts.
