TAKE 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC AND SUCK ON IT ALL DAY IS A OLD METHOD...IF YOU BITE INTO IT, THE ACID WILL BURN YOU OR AT LEAST OPEN YOUR SINUSES UP!!!!!!!


are you sure this stuff is safe to chew on , isnt nature telling us something here?? i mean if i was a wild human animal i would never eat garlic or onions because of the burning sensation , but knoledge of health of this information of its anti viral I will eat it . Nature confuzes me at times.
