IF Plan = Intermittant Fasting Plan
Cycle = a number of days fasting and then 1-2 days eating
Red_Ink can really speak the most about this plan. I've been doing it for three days of fasting (no more than 500 cals those days) and 1-2 days of eating (no more than 2000 cals those days).
Today is the second day of my three day fast, then I finish the cycle by eating for a day or two. Then I'll begin a new cycle with a new fast.
