i do a lot of sweating and take a lot of salt so every once in a while i need some potassium. in fact, i recently starting just including it in my electrolyte and water supps.
i will get a cramp somewhere and i know i need a boost of magnesium. i take Epsom Salt baths for that. i take one bath a week but if i skip i start getting cramps again. food has really gone down hill in nutrition. the less i eat, the less of any of it i need. food drains the body of nutrition above a certain level, which is way below what anyone in america eats, thats for sure.
