i would caution that Iodine seems to make everything work better. i recommend people get off of everything, get cleaned out, flush the liver, ensure the bood, urine, bowels, sweat glands and lymph are flowing, and then take the plunge. once a person has achieved a measure of Iodine sufficiency, a new game is afoot. most supps are no longer needed. selenium, magnesium and potassium round out my Iodine supplementation. potassium and magnesium are occasional use only.
