I tried it straight the first day and that did it- I was grossed out so badly, that it was an act of sheer will power to drink it the next day, with juice and my nose plugged. LOL I still find it hard to use it topically but I'm getting used to it. It's worth the benefits. Have you tried a urine enema yet? I did today. I don't know if I noticed any difference.
