Newbie with Severe Scalp Sores/type 1 diabetes/endometriosis..can UT help?

Hi there!
I am hoping you can help me. I have never used UT therapy before but am at my wits end with the medical community. I have had open sores all over my head since over 2 years now. The docs all think it is either Discoid Lupus or Folliculits Divulcans. They have put me on long term Antibiotics for the next 6 months. I am diabetic, insulin dependent, and the Antibiotics give me severe candidal infections. There has been no improvement in my sores. Sure, no others have popped up but I still have the main 9 that I had when I first visited the dermatologist. I am a practicing alternative health woman, but the idea of UT is a little scary for me. I don't know how to go about it. Also, do you think I could make some sort of urine concoction and use a dropper to directly apply it to the sores? I am new to this whole thing. My husband has stage 4 rectal cancer and it appears that there may be many benefits to the type of therapy. I appreciate any advice that you could give me. Thank you thank you thank you.
