Do not overeat on ANY type of food.

If you combine a predominantly protein food with a predominantly starchy food at the same meal, the result is putrefaction and fermentation, which results in excessive gain of weight.
If you also combine your foods correctly, then you can also eat as much as desired and still lose weight or prevent any excessive gain in weight.
It really is that simple.
I personally know of many people who have followed this regimen and lost excessive weight and even maintained an ideal weight whilst doing so. This includes a post-fast diet or at any other time when not fasting.
