Re: Drinking my roommate's urine
I've been there. I'm sure the answer, as others have commented, is that the medicinal benefits are principally from taking your own. However, the other dimension, of the psychological benefits of having a shared, very intimate relationship, can be very very positive. I have a firm belief in UT, and daily take my own morning urine, sometimes more. I've done this now for well over ten years. However, I admit that an element is fetish (but that's the way I learned that there was more to all this), and sharing mutually with my husband is positive in other ways - good health and well-being comes from being happy, as much as anything else. For many years I've occasionally taken another girl's urine, in play situations, and I have never once had any adverse reactions. In these cases (and I accept that many may not have similar interests), it's all about feeling good about yourself and what's going on, and getting a real positive boost from just having a great time. The "energy boost" you talk about, and which I can agree with totally, is, I think, just that - a real buzz - nothing to do with chemicals, just plain emotions.
