day 25, well done.

Be sure not to overdo the juicing/eating.....listen to your body it will tell you everything.
You should be able to start solid food within 3 to 5 days in the form of fruit and then after about 6 to 7 days on small salads, building up slowly to full meals within 10 to 12 days. But just listen to your body.
